We do not guarantee specific outcomes, approvals, financial results, credit score increases, funding success, or business achievements.

Results depend on individual effort, implementation, timing, third-party decisions, and other factors beyond our control.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

If a deposit is required to secure a consultation, strategy session, or coaching appointment:

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• A client may reschedule one time if the request is made within seven (7) days of the original booking.
• If rescheduled within this seven-day window, a new deposit is not required.
• If the client fails to reschedule within seven (7) days, misses the appointment, or cancels again, a new deposit may be required to book another session.

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

• coaching services once delivered
• consultations once provided
• digital products
• downloadable resources
• templates
• guides
• masterclasses
• challenges
• webinars
• live or recorded trainings
• physical books

• merchandise

Please review all information carefully before purchasing.

All sales of physical products, including books and apparel, are final.

If an order arrives with visible shipping damage (for example: crushed, opened, or torn packaging), the customer must first file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. The carrier is responsible for damage occurring during transit.

If the packaging shows no shipping damage but the item appears defective, the customer must contact us via email at support@affinitylegacysolutions.com and provide:

• proof of purchase
• photos of the product
• photos of the packaging

All such situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

For communities, memberships, programs, or app-based subscriptions:

• You may cancel at any time to stop future billing.
• Cancellation does not refund previous payments.
• Failure of payment may result in loss of access.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

If a chargeback or dispute is initiated after agreeing to these Terms, we reserve the right to:

• submit evidence of your acceptance of these Terms
• recover associated administrative and financial costs
• suspend or permanently revoke access to services
• deny future purchases

Message types may include customer-care messages, order/appointment notifications, promotions, educational content, reminders and security verification messages. Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carrier are not responsible for messages.

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to these communications. To opt out of SMS marketing at any time, reply STOP to any text message; to opt out of marketing mails, click the "unsubscribe" link in any email. All materials, methods, frameworks, content, graphics, downloads, and training resources are owned by Affinity Legacy Solutions LLC.

They may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

We may suggest or link to third-party providers. We are not responsible for their actions, policies, services, or outcomes.

Affinity Legacy Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Site, services, or products.
